GENERAL:
You are not allowed to do anything that is not explicitly or implicitly allowed under the terms of use. You are subject to the extra terms for every exception.
TECHNICAL
You may only use the Software the way it was intended to be used, e.g., run on the specified OS with no third party program monitoring or augmenting it without the express permission of the software licensor. You may not edit any files included in and with the installer. Any copies you make, whether complete or incomplete, are subject to these terms, and these terms may only be modified by the original software licensor.
CONTRACTS / FINANCIAL:
All unused contracts may be broken at any time by going online and canceling, or by another suitable legal process, however any contract that is in progress in any way is non-refundable. For your legal safety, if you decide not to continue using the software, you are urged to delete it and all accompanying components and data.
WARRANTY:
The software is not guaranteed to run on any system, it is not guaranteed to be completely stable, it is not guaranteed not to disrupt the activity of other programs, it is not guaranteed not to cause damage to other software, data, or hardware. You agree not to hold the software licensor or partners responsible for any such activity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
You agree to freely release anything you create in the game for unlimited copy and distribution, with no consideration to modified copies or lack of credit. You agree that all content was made possible by or with the use of tools provided in the game, and therefore give ownership to the software licensor. In special cases, intellectual property may be requested and rewarded in abstraction.
PROSECUTION
The software licensor retains the right to press charges or to show leniency toward those who break the terms of this agreement. The software licensor and affiliates may invoke the terms of rightful punishment which limit all repercussions to those within the capabilities of the defendant, to be decided at the time of legal suit.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT:
If you do not agree to all of the above, or if you change your mind later, this license is void and you must uninstall the software and any accompanying components, all game data must also be deleted.
